Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and direction to Gluetacs, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including research and development, regulatory affairs, commercialization, and corporate strategy. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the company’s growth, profitability, and sustainability while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the company’s long-term vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with the Board of Directors.

Lead the company’s growth initiatives, including pipeline development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

2.Operational Management:

Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

Drive the development and execution of research and development programs, ensuring timely progress and adherence to regulatory standards.

3.Financial Oversight:

Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Secure funding through various channels, including venture capital, grants, and strategic partnerships.

4.Regulatory and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and applications.

5.Team Leadership:

Build and maintain a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Promote professional development and ensure effective succession planning.

6.Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing Gluetacs to investors, partners, regulatory bodies, and the public.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and strategic partners.

 

Qualifications:

1.Education:

Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, business administration, or a related field (PhD, MD, or MBA preferred).

2.Experience:

Minimum of 10-15 years of executive leadership experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading a biotech company through various stages of growth, including drug development and commercialization.

Strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and regulatory affairs.

3.Skills:

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, supporting fundraising and operational needs for drug R&D projects.

Prepare, analyze, and interpret the company's financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor the company's financial health, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and other financial aspects, to ensure financial stability.

Effectively communicate and coordinate with investors, partners, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and accuracy of financial information.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, providing financial advice and support for the company's long-term growth.

Oversee the company's capital operations, including but not limited to financing, investments, mergers and acquisitions, to support expansion and development.

Engage in the listing process, including IPO preparation, auditing, legal affairs, etc., ensuring a smooth listing and sustained financial performance.

Lead the finance team, establishing and maintaining effective internal control systems to ensure compliance and risk management in financial activities.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum of 15 years of financial management experience, with preference given to those in the pharmaceutical R&D industry or related sectors.

Proficient in financial accounting, financial management, taxation, and familiar with domestic and international accounting standards and regulations.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, maintaining an independent and objective work attitude.

Proficient in using various financial and office software, with strong writing skills and report preparation capabilities.

Familiarity with capital market operations and IPO processes, with relevant experience being a plus.

Clinical Development Medical Director

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing and reviewing the clinical trial plan, summary report and medical documents related to the trial;

2. Responsible for developing strategies for clinical trials;

3. Responsible for communicating with PI and CRO medical teams, assisting medical monitoring and medical support during clinical trials;

4. Assist clinical operation, and support the review of other relevant documents in the clinical operation process; Participate in and support various meetings related to clinical trials (including but not limited to protocol discussions, kick-off meetings, mid-term discussions, summary meetings and meetings related to communication with regulatory authorities, etc.);

5. Supervise all trials conducted in strict accordance with clinical trial protocols, company's standard operating procedures and regulations;

6. Responsible for writing and reviewing clinical parts of IND and NDA submission materials and answering questions from experts;

7. Assist translational medicine related work in preclinical projects;

8. Support daily clinical work, including but not limited to communication with academicians, potential partners, investors, etc.

Assistant Researcher in Medicinal Chemistry

Responsibilities:

Independently conduct literature searches and timely complete the synthesis, separation, purification, and structural identification of target compounds.

Design and execute experiments with rationality and precision, maintaining comprehensive experimental records and project reports as per company guidelines.

Develop appropriate synthetic routes for target compounds and troubleshoot encountered chemical synthesis issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.

Proficient in analyzing spectroscopic data (NMR, LCMS, etc.) and experienced in analytical purification techniques using chromatography (column chromatography, flash chromatography, TLC).

Strong communication and learning skills, coupled with a strong teamwork spirit, resilience to hardships, and a high sense of responsibility.

Assistant Researcher in Cell Screening

Responsibilities:

Perform routine experimental tasks including cell culture, recovery, passaging, and cryopreservation.

Conduct in vitro anti-tumor efficacy screening.

Accomplish additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Biology, Zoology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.

Proficient in cell culture, Western blotting, and in vitro efficacy screening.

Responsible, meticulous, and possess strong teamwork skills.

Assistant Researcher in In Vivo Pharmacology

Responsibilities:

Construct mouse tumor models.

Conduct in vivo anti-tumor efficacy experiments.

Fulfill additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Biology, Zoology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.

Skilled in experimental manipulations with mice and rats, including oral and intravenous drug administration, blood collection, etc.
